Does Salbro offer a pickup option?
- At this stage we are not offering store/warehouse pickup to everyone. We only do this on a per-request basis, so please contact our team if you are interested in picking up your goods.
When do I receive my products?
- If you buy online from Salbro using a Debit/Credit Card or Afterpay, we will ship your products within 3-5 business days. We will send you the shipping information as soon as your goods are dispatched. How can I shop using Afterpay with Salbro?
- In order to shop using Afterpay, you must have a pre-approved Afterpay account, or you can apply online: https://www.afterpay.com/en-NZ If you already have an Afterpay account, you can choose the product you are interested in and add it to your cart. During the checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method and complete your purchase. Please note you will be redirected to the Afterpay login page to complete your order, once you have successfully logged in you will get an order confirmation sent to your email address.
How do I Increase my Afterpay Limit?
- We don’t have any control over your Afterpay account or limit. If you have any questions, please contact Afterpay at https://www.afterpay.com/en-NZ
How do you place a Layby order with Salbro?
- It’s very easy. You can place your Layby order online on our website. Just click on the product you are interested in, and choose the Layby option. Once you’ve clicked the Apply Now button under the Layby option it will take you to the Order Form. You will need your basic details to complete your purchase such as ID, address details, contact information, bank details etc
When do I receive my products if I shop using Layby Option?
- Please refer to your purchase agreement if you have already placed the order and refer to the “number of payments before delivery” section. - If you haven’t yet placed your order you can check the minimum payments required before delivery, mentioned under each product on our website or contact our team.
Will I get notification when my order is due for delivery?
- Yes! Once we have processed your minimum number of payments, our team will be in touch with you to confirm your delivery address and notify you on the shipment time frame. Once your products leave our warehouse, our team will send you the tracking details which you can use online under Track Your Order on the Salbro website.
- You can always contact our team and update your details if there are any changes or you require an update on your account.
- Please note we take additional 10 working days for delivery once you have completed your minimum number of payments required. Please refer to our Layby Terms & Conditions for more detailed information.
What are my Cancellation Rights?
- You may cancel the Layby Purchase for any reason at any time before you take possession of the Goods in any way (including oral or written) that shows your intention to cancel or withdraw from the Layby Purchase Agreement. If you cancel the Layby purchase within 10 working days from the date of signup there will be no cancellation charges. Please refer to the “special terms” on our Layby Purchase Agreement. There is a one-off $99 cancellation charge if you cancel after 10 working days and before receiving the goods. Please refer to the Cancellation Rights in our Layby Terms & Conditions for more information.
